Hi krishnamurthy,

I Think it is quite self-explanatory

Shut-in Tubing Head Pressure, is the pressure of well head tubing when it is shut-in (nothings flow)

or based on encyclopedia2.thefreedictionary.com

The equilibrated reservoir pressure measured when all the gas or oil outflow has been shut off

I Hope it help

As Ervin has replied rightly, Shut-in Tubing Head Pressure is the pressure of well head tubing when well is in shut-in condition, i.e there is no flow across the choke.

STHP can be calculated by knowing the reservoir pressure, reservoir depth, fuild compostion  and length of the well tubing.

Trust this helps.

Regards
