We have sour water storage tank in which we use nitrogen blanketing by PCV and thereby overhead pressure controller is there , we set it at 100mm of water column. The controller after crossing the mentioned set pressure is routed towards incinerator stack. The pressure generally that remians at the tank during normal  operation is around 220  to 250 mm of water column. After that there is one more PVRV at overhead

which has design of 223 mm of water column. Ultimately the H2S gas expels to the atmosphere after crossing the limit of PVRV too and creates hazardous condition. My question is whether that escapes H2S gas through the controller can be directly routed towards the incinerator instead of incinerator stack and where can excess H2S through PVRV be routed to safe location.
