kindly guide  me with books,standards pertaining to vent line designing with silencer on a condensate drum.

The problem with this sort of design is that the performance data is kept proprietary by the vendors. In this way silencers are very similar to ejectors - the principles are simple, but the practical implementation requires empirical knowledge.  I have seen home-made silencers similar to that shown at http://www.soundtech...nt-silencer.php

and they worked well, but if you need guarantees on the sound attenuation you will have to buy one from an experienced supplier.
