Dears

i see in the p&id one centrifugal pump has 2 control vale 

one on the minimum flow with separate flow transmitter in discharge line  and the second one in the discharge line of pump with another flow transmitter in discharge line

i think one control valve is enough and this two control vale cannot work suitable

i want to know do any one see like this control system?

Please read a bit more about those control valves functions. Then you will see there would be no problem...
