Hello Friends,

I have a LM 2500 gas turbine, How can I know how many RPM's the the two-sage compession system connected to this gas tubine can have?

Thank you!

Mastergi:

First, I venture to say that most engineers will not know what an LM 2500 gas turbine is.

Second, how can you expect to foretell the required rpms if you don't grace us with the compressor performance curve (I have to assume you mean a CENTRIFUGAL compressor since you don't even tell us that) or with the required capacity it is supposed to deliver???

Are you familiar with the different types of compressors and how they are supposed to work?  That is an important requisite if you are to understand what the responses to your query state.
