Hi,

I've completed 2 years of a 4 year Chemical Engineering Program and I'm currently undergoing Industrial Training in a Crude Oil Refinery (FCC Unit). My eyes have literally opened and I feel more in tune with the Chem Eng I'm studying.

My question is: Why isn't work attachment made compulsory for accredited Chemical Engineering Programs?

Please share experiences (positive and negative) that you've had with students working in the field.

Thanks

Cookey-Gam, Tamuno-Opubo
