I just want to know what are the ways by which we can remove polymerised styrene monomer.

API 2000 is a venting standard, and it would not contain any such information. I suggest that you post your question on the industrial forum:

Yes Bobby is right , Hard work .... ! 

TBC content should be carefully monitored , accumulation of polymer could be catastrophic , roof of Storage tank of SM  collapsing , Safety relief out of service ...
