How do i model a realistic separation of powder polypropylene with 4000ppm of hexane through hot nitrogen aeration?

Not sure if i missed out anything, but i have read and tried aspen solids guide as well as polymer guides. polymer guide does not have any examples of solid polyer, while solids guide's polymer recovery does not teach how to specify the type of polymer, and the separation doesnt seem realistic as the product is free of any contaminants.

Sorry if this is a simple question, only my 2nd week using this program. any help will be appreciated! thanks!
