In Diesel b5 station for dispatch to heavy vehicles alway there are leakages,is necesary water oil separator, or what is the right way for content/filter the leakages?

Normally, the diesel you want to sell has to meet the diesel specification applicable to your country.
That spec lists a maximum allowable water content.
If the diesel has been in contact with free water, due to leakages, it will contain dissolved water, as well as possible small free water droplets. Free water can be removed using a water-oil separator. Dissolved water however will not be removed, so it depends on the temperature of your diesel whether removing free water will be enough to meet your country diesel spec.
