I am getting the following error:

I have tried removing and reconnecting problem lines Feed 2 and Reboiler Out 2, but it hasn't helped. The values are the same for the stream so I don't know why its giving me this error. If I remove Feed 2 from the E-100 it no longer has any information. I get the consistency message when I connect Reboiler Out 2 to the shell side of the heat exchanger.

There are more ways to skin a cat. Try something simple.

coll8884,

Try deleting the  Molar Enthalpy value (should be in blue colour and not black) in your 'Feed2' Stream. It seems there is an input value in the stream defenition and E-100 is trying to calculate the same value.

Thanks for the help. I ended up redrawing the PDF and the error went away.
