Deer peers,

I am thinking to use either bellow or floating head to accommodate the thermal expansion. Appreciate our experts to share which option is cheaper and which option is more effective.

Presumably you are talking about Shell & Tube heat exchanger.

Please submit the design/operating conditions for both sides of the exchanger, and fluid temperatures.
