Pipe class indicates the range of pressure-temperature up to which you can use the pipe safely. The unit of rating is PSI.
There are various pressure & temperature range for each rating and you need to choose the correct rating for your design pressure & temperature. Generally, rating will be used for pipe fittings and pipes will be defined in terms of OD & schedule. Pipes of different size & sch will be grouped into particular rating if the design pressure & temperature falls within the range.
You need to calculate the thk of pipe and you cannot get the schedule of pipe for particular class. As I said above, P & T range will be varying for a particular rating and hence the thk of pipe will also vary. You can also refer ASME B 16.5. Im attaching a sample of ASME B 16.5 for your reference.
