Anyone who has good reference for the heat radiation calculation for equipment spacing (storage tank)?

I need to locate a methanol tank in existing tank farm and I need to calculate heat radiation emitted to nearby polypropylene tank in casé of fire pool happened at new methanol tank. incase of the calculated heat radiation exceed the limit, i need to add firewater monitor for standby for cooling purpose.
