Hello, I need help with the Fault tree analysis and Event tree analysis of Reflux drum in an 'amine treating unit'. There is not much data available online for the quantitative risk assessment and for forming the trees. Can someone please help me with this? It's urgent! It's for an assignment of mine, at university.
