Zero Diagonal Error In Distillation Column For Unisim/hysys

Case: Production of butadiene using ethanol and acetaldehyde

The distillation column states that 'Fatal Error - Zero diagonal in column matrix. There may be no solution with the current specs.' and there is a warning of 'Fluid pkg transition - not solved'. The warning was not there until I tried to converge the distillation column.

I am new at this so please explain in a more detailed manner. I have attached the file.
