Dear All,

I am a newbie in HTRI, I have problem when I run HTRI.

It has also warning error like this :

"weight fraction vapor (hot):. the profile must cover the fluid condition specified two or more points must be entered in the single-phase region."

Do you know how to fix them.

Thank you.

Check your hot side physical properties and look to see if you have physical properties for your operating conditions.

Did you generate properties from something like refprop? or take the data from a simulation program like Hysys?  or did you enter the data yourself?

I entered the data in the table below by myself. I found an advice on the internet that I have to put more points with the vapor fraction from 0 to 1. Is it the solution?

Anyway, thank you for your help.

Ah.  What fluid / mixture is it?  I'm assuming a mixture as the temperature range is rather large and the vapor fraction does not seem to be changing that much!  If could source more data for when it is single phase, i.e. vapor fraction = 1 (or 0), then that should work out fine.

Currently, it looks like you are putting in data for only the two-phase region, but no data for when it is superheated or subcooled.
