many processes require a slope on SS thin wall tubing. This slope is often specified at 1% or 1 degree.

It is easy to set the pipe brackets to the slope. However this results in the downpipes from the piperack being 1% of f plumb. In my experience the pipefitter then pulls the pipe to set it to plumb. That is effective but stresses the weld at the bend or T.. Does anyone have a better solution other than the 2 bend drop.
