Dear All,
Does anyone have experience with damage on vane pack due high gas velocity?
Is there a recommendation in terms of gas velocity to avoid damage on vane pack?.
In this case, inadequate liquid removal is not a problem because there is other separator in series with a adequate size of vane pack.

Do you have evidence that the vane pack is damaged?

My separator have liquid carry over problem, vane packed inside separator, high gas velocity is the problem? and if gas high velocity the problem then how i can mitigate it.
