I am a consultant and was recently hired to upgrade/improve/update chemical reactions in a predominantly soaps producing manufacturing plant. The formulas are 40+ years old but were put together by a PhD Surfactant Chemist. I have substantially more experience in manufacturing process improvement but not in reaction improvement. Any help or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
