Hi Sirs,

How to explain the phenomena of temp. pulsation at Agitated thin film evaporator outlet?

Purpose : Recover Ethylene Glycol

Agitator speed : 60 rpm

Feed composition

Water 2.0 wt%

Ethylene Glycol 40.0wt%

Heavy Ends 58.0 wt%

I suspect vacuum system causes the fluctuation.

Do you have steam jets in your plant?
