This is a professional engineers forum. If you need information on LNG, please be specific and give your reasons for the need and what you intend to do with it. The more input data you give us, the better and the more accurate the responses. Since we are professional engineers on this forum we have a need to know who it is we are giving help to and for what purpose. That way, we can give you the information in the best manner possible and as applicable to your needs as it can be.
LNG is a very broad subject. You are talking about an entire industry:
1. Field Gas gathering;
2. Field treating and dehydration;
3. Field compression & Pipelining;
4. Gas processing, treating, dehydration and refrigeration;
5. Natural Gas Liquids removal;
6. LNG Storage;
7. LNG shipping terminal facilities;
8. LNG Carriers (an industry unto itself);
9. LNG reception terminals;
10. LNG storage, vaporization, odorization, and gas pipelining.
And you say you want a "handbook"? What makes you think that there is a simple handbook available? Or is this your idea? You are dealing with an entire industry and unless you give specific needs and details, you are going to receive generalities, vague assumptions, and general information that won't be of much help because it will be loosely given and very vague. Textbooks, articles, and seminars have been written on the subject and these are readily available through such textbook sources as Amazon.com. There are many other sources - like the internet. And these you can find by using Google.

You can get some useful information on following.
http://www.internationallng.com
http://www.lngexpress.com
Apart from it, there are many sources on internet based on the area which ART has described in detail.
For example, you can find very good technical information about NGL recovery on website of Ortloff Engineers. They are one of the pioneers in this field.
http://www.ortloff.com
You can also find PATENTS related to various processes and technologies related to LNG on following website
http://www.freepatentsonline.com
Apart from it, you must keep on reading journals to be up to date with the vast field of LNG.
There are very good articles in "Hydrcarbon Processing"-JULY-2006 issue.
In short, there's no "short-cut" or "Handbook" on this subject. You must study regularly to understand various aspect of this emerging field.
Hope this is some help to your query.
Warm regards,
