Hi,
In general, i think if the discharge air cooler/exchanger is operating during recycling; there would be no problem.

It all depends on the fluid that is handled, and if the system is designed for sustained recycle for control. There is no yes/no answer with no information. Although Naser has provided a qualified answer.
