I'm trying to do a cost analysis using HYSYS economic analyzer, however, I'm having some issues estimating the cost of heat exchangers/steam boilers.

1) I have one LNG type heat exchanger with three streams.

2) I have two steam boilers.

The main problem is that the temperatures that I have are unreal, meaning I'm using the heat exchangers at 800C, and 3MPa.

I could probably just as a rough estimation get a base price for the exchangers at a lower temperature, and then somehow find a dummy factor to multiply the reference cost by to get the price of my heat exchangers at high temperatures. But the problem is HYSYS won't calculate the cost of the heat exchagners even at low temperatures, my errors are:

Question mark found in numerical data

Code of account is incorrect

Steam capacity is out of range

Stress for shell material is zero

Does anyone know what these errors are?

Also, does anyone know a source where the list of material available in HYSYS for heat exchangers is explained. The list contains several codes for the material (CS, A 179, A 214, etc.), and I can't figure out really what material each code refers to.
