In HYSYS Spreadsheet, is there a possibility to easily use the "Import Variable"? I always right click and Import Variable, and then find the stream, then variable. I have a huge spreadsheet at the moment and importing them one by one will consume a lot of time.

You need to stop using spreadsheet mess. Use automation with VBA in excel to make things clear.

My question do not relate to excel nor VBA. Only HYSYS Spreadsheet.

 

So instead of Import Variable, I can drag and drop the variable which proves to be easier.

Hi Chris

 

You can right click on the data you want from stream data or unit data then select 'send to' spreadsheet. From this feature, you can select a specific cell you want to import directly which is quite more convenience.
