I have separately modelled EDR rigorous exchangers in Aspen EDR. Also I have done my process modelling in aspen Refsys for one of the plants . I have connected EDR exchangers in my plant model. But when I connected EDR exchangers in my model, I am getting following error : Pressure drop calculated is too high: 10 Percent pressure drop has been used. How to resolve this error. I tried to tune fouling factors also. but with no success. Please help me
