Hello everyone! I would like some help with the refrigeration cycle simulation. If I assume that I want to design the refrigeration system for a C2 splitter. Then I can use the same system for the condenser and the reboiler? Could you please give me some help for the simulation of the propane refrigeration cycle with flash drums?

Thank you in advance!

Sounds simple enough. Get started. The best way to start is sketch the operations (yes, with pencil & paper!) for each item and connect them. Define the conditions and composition where you need them. The rest is pretty simple.

Thank you so much! :) It is the first time that I am doing it. And I am a bit confused how to put the condenser in the refrigeration cycle, which will give the heat to the reboiler of the cryogenic column. Maybe I will draw it and I will post it here to tell me your opinion.

Yes. Don't be afraid to be wrong.
