Hello everyone, Could you please tell me how the energy and exergy are related each other?

I have already done it. I am looking for someone, who can tell me how he can understand this concept with a nice example.

The Wikipedia article uses the example of air at ambient conditions as having 0 exergy. So, one could easily talk about the exergy (potential to do work) of a compressed air cylinder.
