Hi desalter inlet crude oil contains inorganic and organic chlorine and desalter removes almost all inorganic chlorides salts as sodium magnesium and calcium salts. But where in refinery organic chlorine gets removed ?? Does it go to NHT , CCR or Othe units also. ??
