Hello Every One,

 

At our gas sweetening plant we have 30 drum of MDEA with 200 kg weight of each drum.These drum were procured in 2012 and their manufacturing date is Dec 2011.Some of the MDEA drums were consumed up-til 2014 but due to plant closure, all other remained in our ware house till now. Now ,we are going to recommission our plant but we don't know about the exact condition or chemical composition of MDEA. We want to know that either it is usable after being placed in warehouse for 7 to 8 years in seal drums.I am hereby attaching the certificate of analysis while this very batch was manufactured in 2011 ,as well.

Please guide me about the method that how can we test its condition to conform its usage without risking our process system or equipment.Which tests can be conducted in labs to test its actual condition and composition.
