I have to estimate the cost of a spray dryer package with evaporative capacity 400kg/h water over 500kg/h feed , outlet is approx 100 kg/h solid

I ask you any reference you have to support me in order to confirm my estimation using Timmerhaus book

Why not submit your query to vendor ? The first coming to my mind is Niro GEA.

Depending your location you may find other vendors .
