Dear all,

I have to estimate the cost of a spray dryer package with evaporative capacity 400kg/h water over 500kg/h feed , outlet is approx 100 kg/h solid

I ask you any reference you have to support me in order to confirm my estimation using Timmerhaus book

it depends upon you're spray dryer is coal base or gas base,, as we all know utility cost like fuel and elecricity cost is major in drying operation.

A few comments about your query :

a ) too little information to get a meaningful answer

  prepare a specification sheet ( physical properties , Particle size , dryness ,fuel  availability .....) and submit to vendor to get a quotation or budget price

c) Use your favorite search engine to get address or contact , key words : Spray dryer vendors

d) Cost will depend of your location
