Hi, I am looking for the best book/article/handbook/website/etc. that is the best resource for piping stress engineering.

I already have B31.3 but i am looking for more "how to" and design criteria, not allowable stresses.

Any comments appreciated.

I don't think that Chem Eng are the best to comment on this topic ! It should be Mechanical engineeering .
