Hello everyone, as we all know, in university, thermodynamics is usually taught in ideal conditions and non-ideal conditions are rarely touched. So I was wondering if anyone would recommend a good thermodynamics book for industry?

As i would like to know how to measure many things such as the approach to equilibrium, activation energy and Arrhenius constant, change of thermodynamics functions ( H, S, G etc...) With pressure.
