I recommend building your own calculation sheet. See this article for the equations: http://webwormcpt.bl...g-proposed.html

The equations in the article are the source for the spreadsheet. It is not in the units you want, but Excel has a CONVERT worksheet function CONVERT(number,from_unit,to_unit) which takes some of the burden off of unit conversion calculations. Convert your input units to the calculation units then convert the results to your desired output units. This process is made easier since you can check your results with Ankur's spreadsheet to make sure you did not make an unintentional calc mistake. Putting together your own spreadsheet takes some time, but you learn by the doing. With experience, it then becomes an easy matter to add converted units for other spreadsheet calcs.
