Hello everyone. I'm doing a research on synthesizing a conducting plastic from carbon black and ptfe where I wish to obtain a very thin layer of ptfe over carbon black in order to get a conducting plastic which is also non-permeable to water. I'm a little stuck at finding the most optimum mixing technology for the same. I have considered the bottom-up-approach in nanotechnology and used the sol-gel process but didn't got any success. Now I'm considering using electrospinning but PTFE is not soluble in most of the solvents. So how can I use electrospinning here or is there any other suitable technique which I should use?
