You will find tutorials (videos) and other documents .

My "go to" references are:

 

The Elements of Chemical Kinetics and Reactor Calculations by H. Scott Fogler.

 

Chemical Reaction Engineering by Octave Levenspiel.

Thank you so much those are great books that we studied in my graduate and undergraduate studies.

 

But things currently I am working on is slightly concentrated on ways of mitigating runway reactions hence Explosivity vs Reactivity curves. i will still be looking for some good papers.

Emergency Relief System Design Using DIERS Technology of the AICHE.

 

or

 

Guidelines for Pressure Relief and Effluent Handling Systems, 2nd Ed. of the AICHE.

 

Beyond that I rely on my Google-fu.

About process and safety I would recommend : Chemical process safety ,fundamentals with applications by  Daniel Crowl , Joseph Louvar

Another one : Guidelines for pressure relief and effluent  handling systems  CCPS, Diers ,Wiley .
