Hi,
With high point you are going to have air trapped !
You need to modify the routing of the piping to ensure the suction line is flooded or with a continuous slope .
Download this handbook , at the end of the document you will find drawings explaining the issues .

Good luck

When I work with diaphragm pumps, the first thing to check is that air is not on the suction side, otherwise it will never discharge fluid, Second, air must be dry, without any drop of water.
For instance Yamada diaphragm pumps are really excellent, they have a device in the body that let you to vent the air when you start up the pump in the inlet side, if you let air in the inlet line, neven will pump.
About the high point, i recommended you to eliminated, it avoid future troubles,,,
