Nitrogen Generator Requirement (Dew Point)_Cryogenic System

What is the background of Dew Point criteria from N2 Generator in a cryogenic system such as LNG carrier or LNG Plant?

It seems that icing is inevitable on the surface of the tank inside the double barrier.

Please help me.
