Hi, I'm working on a project where the saturator that incorporates steam into the natural gas feedstock is not operating efficiently, and have been asked to give consideration as to the posssible reasons. Aside from packing type and depth, which I was able to discuss, I have been looking for information on saturation pressure, what is it, in reference to this application, and how might it affect saturator efficiency. Also if there are any other ways in which this type of saturator's efficiency may be affected

Make a DCS screen print of present operating conditions (pressure, temperatures, flowrates, et cetera) of the saturator and surrounding equipment.
Also make a similar drawing of the saturator and surrounding equipment with the original design operating conditions from the design books or original equipment datasheets.
Post both drawings here.
