Hi, 

I am currently working on a Plant design project for my final year of uni, one of the aspects we have to deal with is startup and shutdown of any units in the plant. I have found some books roughly detailing the procedure, but I havent been able to find any numbers on durations of things as preheating or pressurising a reactor. And I know that there is no clear answer to that as it will vary from case to case, but how would you estimate something like that?
