Hi,

For Refinery Fuel Gas Treatment Unit & Amine Regeneration Unit, how to determine/evaluate or know Amine Total System Volume, .as we know liquid side of Amine Unit is almost closed with only makeup amine added to account for losses etc.

How do we determine Amine System for two different systems now.

Regards,

CHEMSTRONG

Makeup Amine Flow for ARU is Continuous or in batches here? for Amine Regeneration Unit ARU ??

Hi,

As far as i know the makeup as Fresh Amine is continuously (but with adjustable flow rate) added along the recirculating line between Amine (solvent) storage tank and Amine Filtration Package.

Thanks Sir,

What is the use of Amine Filtration Package ?

Corrosion Inhibitor used for Amine Regeneration Unit (ARU) is based on Total Amine System Volume right ?  CI is added to avoid corrosion caused by Amine Salts right ??

CI Dosage will also depend upon Amine Recirculation Rate also ?

Thanks

Best Regards,
