I would like to ask you a kind of general question without giving you too many information, because I don't have it.
I would like to calculate the time that the operator has between two operations.
How can I do this extremely simple calculation?
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards,
Panos

Maybe she can do two things at the same time.

Hi ,

Are you serious ? Who is asking you to perform this task ?

If you want good input you need to work in shift and then you will understand .

Another way is to  perform interviews with operators and ask them about their difficulties to perform tasks (black spots) .

If you are able to solve some of them , you may have a chance to improve the performance of your operation.

Good luck , my view only .

Having been an operator in a batch plant for pharmaceuticals manufacturing, my answer to this question is "Well, what two things are we talking about...?"
