Nitrogen Required To Inert Tank Vapor Space

I'm looking for references on how to calculate the amount of N2 required to maintain the vapor space of a water tank inert e.g. lbm N2 / day.  Any help is much appreciated.

The only time I've come across a similar situation is when we'd add something oxygen sensitive to the water for dissolution with agitation after the water is charged. Nitrogen was bubbled through the water, the oxygen sensitive material flow path would be sweep purged and the headspace was pressure purged. My situation was for a 500L pressure vessel and we used N2 that was between 50 - 100 psig (I can't remember the exact number).
