Dear everyone,

I've simulated a supplementary fired HRSG in Aspen Hysys. The trouble is, my HE delta T doesn't match with the operation parameters. The flue gas delta T of secondary superheater in actual operation is 85.7 C while the simulation is 27.6 C. How to solve this problem? Thank you.

 

 

Please note that i used cooler as desuperheater and i'm not using steam drum as i can't model it in aspen hysys.
