Hey guys, 

I've been estimating equipment cost in this web page http://www.matche.co.../Exchanger.html(it is very interseting). The cost is given in 2014, so I have to use a parameter called CEPCI and also, it is calculated for the Gulf Coast, and I have my theorical plant in Germany. How could I estimate what would be the cost of the equipment in Germany, is there a parameter (similar to CEPCI)?

I think there is a parameter, however, I cannot find it.

For equipment - answer no, there is not. Local investment consulting companies may sell some of those.
