In CPI bellows are used in PSVs preventing PSV body & downstream piping from corrosive process fluids in severe applications. These bellows over a period of time have got punctured causing corrosion problems in case PSVs starts passing. Our OEM has indicaed that these models Of PSVs have become obsolete & spares are not available. Now we are in the process of purchasing these bellows from third parties. Is there any standard / specification available for bellows(eg Specifying the no. of cycles)? Thanks in advance..

Are you talking abouit Pressure Safety Valves?

In the area of process safety, a bellows PSV usually refers to the type of relief valve that is less dependent on built up or variable back pressure; therefore your description confuses me. Please clarify who is the manufacturer and the model number you have.
