Dear All,

I,m working with early processing facility (EPF) design for the 1st time for crude oil. I need help regarding sizing & cost estimation of Separators, Desalter, Heat exchangers. PFD is attached for reference.

Anyone can suggest any kind of resources.

You need a couple more stages for crude oil - gas separation.

Are you meeting your vapor pressure specs with this scheme?

You seem to have sizes on equipment. Prepare a datasheet and ask a fabricator / vendor to give you pricing.
You can budgetary or firm pricing depending on your requirements
