Please, I need help on how to solve the issue of "flash failure in internal calculations" in the LNG HEX.

Your attachment isn't very helpful.  Too small.  When zooming in, it gets unreadable/fuzzy.

 

What program are you using?  Are all components defined and the thermo methods set?  Is LNG HEX specified correctly?  Is the rest of the simulation converged?
