The design process pressure will be whatever pressure you want the reaction to be. The vessel design pressure will be higher than the design process pressure to handle all normal situations. If you were to supply more specifics you might get better answers.

According to my calculation based on data given in CSTR Reactor document I have calculated the pressure of liquid mixture in reactor at 75 0C, (if I'm not wrong), but I need to calculate design pressure of reactor in order to calculate wall thickness of reactor.

I won't critique your mathematics. However, I would ask how are your reaction kinetics influenced by pressure? The calculation appears to determine VLE conditions due to vapour pressure that I would take as a "floor" but what is your system's optimum ceiling?
Factors worth giving consideration to are the cost of vessel / piping wall thickness as pressure increases. That said, for a given mass rate, higher pressure will (at least for gases anyway) result in smaller vessel volume, which factors into the cost optimisation as well.
