Hi
I know when start to charge hot fluid during start-up, it needs to do hot bolting for all
flanges' bolt/nuts.
What about charging a cold fluid (for example -10C), does it need to do cold bolting?
Please advise!

I do not understand what cold/hot bolting actually stands for. I have extensive experience with +1°C and my reply is - yes, you need cold bolting. Hope this will help.
